DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery is available for orders in UAE only by NAB Middle East Delivery Team or a 3rd party delivery specialist company.

This applies to any promotion, social media giveaway, activities or events.

You can also pick up from our office during our business hours.

Because we want to make it easier and simple for you, we don’t charge any delivery charges on any orders.

No extra charges rather than the price of the products.

Orders received by 3 PM on weekdays will be delivered within Dubai in 24 – 48 hours. Orders received on weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day, with the same delivery time as mentioned above. For orders in other Emirates, please allow 3 – 5 days for delivery.

 

Multiple Shipment / Orders

If you are using your credit or debit card to place an order and you order multiple times on our website during your bank’s monthly billing statement you will notice multiple charges to your statement. Don’t worry it’s not a mistake, it’s each order being charged separately.

However, if you feel there is a mistake, do not hesitate to contact us through our contact page.

 

REFUND POLICY

Please return the beverage in its original condition with packaging and a copy of your invoice or receipt to our head office address.

  • NAB Middle East will not be able to refund beverages that have been tampered with and any delivery charges that you have paid on your returned items.
  • Beverages should be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date we receive your beverages to process your refund request.
  • If a credit card refund is issued, please allow 1 to 2 months for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank’s processing time varies
  • Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the beverages returned.
    Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. If the order was paid by multiple methods, the refund will be issued first to the credit card, unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning the beverages to us.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

All our beverages are certified fit for human consumption. They are checked before delivering to you.

If you receive your order and it is not in perfect condition, we apologize for that and would recommend that you contact us immediately.

  • Beverages should be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • It is free to exchange for a different flavor within the same brand provided we have stock in our head quarter. Therefore, we prefer you contact us first before taking your valuable time to visit our office. Exchange will be on the spot.
  • Exchange must be for product of equal value.
  • We reserve the right to charge you for the cost of exchanging the beverages to us.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you made your order by mistake or changed your mind you can cancel it within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially to place the order. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
